Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping across the United States on all orders — no minimum purchase required. Every item is packaged with care to ensure it arrives safely.
2. Can I ship to a pickup locker or collection point?
Currently, we only deliver to residential or business addresses entered during checkout. Pickup lockers and collection points aren’t supported at this time.
3. When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days, depending on your location. During peak seasons or promotions, please allow up to 9 business days in total.
4. How do I track my package?
After your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Use that number on our Order Tracking Page to stay up-to-date on your shipment status.
5. Who are your shipping carriers?
We work with reputable US couriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure timely and secure deliveries.
6. What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
First, check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. Still no luck? Email us at info@lunovare.com and we’ll assist you. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we’ll offer either a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
7. My item arrived damaged — now what?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at info@lunovare.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll take care of a replacement or refund right away.
Returns & Refunds
8. How do I return a product?
If your order isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email info@lunovare.com to initiate the process. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.
9. When will I get my refund?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. We’ll email you once your refund has been issued to your original payment method.
10. Who covers the return shipping costs?
If your return is due to a defect or mistake on our part, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other returns, like if you changed your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Always contact us first before sending anything back.

We use SSL encryption to protect your data during checkout and never store your full payment information. We also don’t share your personal details with third parties without your consent.
