Return & Refund Policy – Lunovare (U.S. Customers Only)

Return Summary

  • Return Location: We accept returns and exchanges from customers in the United States only.
  • What Can Be Returned: Items in new, unused condition — defective or non-defective.
  • Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
  • How to Return: By mail only.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer (unless item is defective or our error).
  • Restocking Fee: None.
  • Refund Timeframe: Within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. Return Eligibility

If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please email info@lunovare.com with your order number. We’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Items must be:

  • In brand new, unused condition
  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Sent back using a trackable shipping method

We cannot accept:

  • Used, worn, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Returns without prior approval
  • Returns after the 30-day window

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, Lunovare will cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns (e.g., changed mind), customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in resellable condition. Items that are dirty, damaged, or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all depending on condition upon inspection.

4. Exchanges

We do offer exchanges within the United States.
To exchange an item:

  1. Follow the regular return process.
  2. Once the return is approved and received, place a new order for the desired item.
  3. If the exchange is due to a defect or error, Lunovare will assist with a free replacement.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: Within 7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take additional days to reflect in your account.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
However, if the returned product is damaged, used, or missing original items, a partial refund may be applied based on its reduced value.

7. Undeliverable or Refused Orders

If an order is returned to us because of:

  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Refused delivery
  • Failure to retrieve the parcel

You may be charged for both the return shipping and reshipping fees.

8. Import Duties and Tax

This return policy applies only to U.S. customers.
Since we currently do not ship internationally, no customs duties or international import taxes apply.

9. Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address after placing an order?
