Shipping Policy – Lunovare (United States Only)

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States. This includes all 50 states and Washington, D.C. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working toward expanding globally in the future.

2. Eligible Products

All products listed for sale on lunovare.com are eligible for domestic shipping. Every package is securely packed to ensure your items arrive safely and intact.

3. Delivery Locations

Orders are delivered directly to the residential or business address provided during checkout.
We do not deliver to:

  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • Pickup lockers or third-party pickup points

4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Order Processing Time

Standard order handling time is 1–2 business days. This includes:

  • Order confirmation
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging and dispatch

6. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery is done on business days (Monday to Friday only).
Note: Peak periods (such as holidays or major sales) may cause minor delays. Total estimated delivery time = 6 to 9 business days.

7. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no extra charges for packaging or handling.

8. Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address?
Contact us immediately at info@lunovare.com. We will do our best to update the address, but if your order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve it, you may be charged for both return shipping and redelivery. Always double-check your address before submitting your order.

10. Taxes and Import Duties

No customs duties or import taxes apply for domestic U.S. orders. Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address and local/state tax rates, as required by U.S. law.
